Teemu Eino Pukki

Teemu Pukki born on 29th March, 1990 is a Finnish professional footballer who plays as a striker for Premier League club Norwich and the Finland National team.

Teemu began his career by playing for KTP under-19 side, making 29 appearances in the Finnish Premier League and scoring three goals, he joined Sevilla from KTP, and made his La Liga debut against Racing on 25th Jan. 2009.

On 28th Aug. 2010, Pukki signed a three-and-half-year contract with Finnish Veikkauslilga club HJK; he made his debut on 30th Aug. He went on to win the Finnish Veikkauslilga and silver in the Finnish Cup during his first season, playing seven games and scoring two goals.

Pukki went on to play for Schalke 04, Celtic and Brondby. On 30th June, 2018, he joined Norwich City in the English Championship on a free transfer, signing a three-year-deal.

Teemu won some individual accolade in 2019; EFL Championship Player of the Season and was included in the 2018/19 Championship Team of the season together with Norwich City’s Player of the season after they gained promotion into the Premier League.

On August 9, 2019, Teemu scored the only goal for Norwich City as they lost their opening Premier League match to Liverpool by 4-1. Eight days later, he scored a hat-trick as Norwich City defeated Newcastle by 3-1, and that was Norwich’s first hat-trick in the Premier League since Efan Ekoku against Everton in September, 1993.
