The Egyptian has disclosed he would love to end his football career with the Reds

Egypt playmaker Mohammed Salah has revealed he would like to end his playing career at Liverpool.

Salah who joined the Reds in 2017 has been heavily linked with a move away from the Anfield. Talks of a new contract is understood to be in process.

However, it is believed his salary is the only element that is holding the deal from being completed.

The ex-Chelsea man according to reports is demanding a whopping £500,000 a week deal at Liverpool.

Real Madrid and FC Barcelona have all showed interest in signing the Liverpool star. Salah has enjoyed brilliant campaign at the Merseyside since his debut.

The Egyptian who has started the 2021/22 campaign strongly has hinted he would like to stay at the club until he stops playing.

Speaking in an interview, the forward said:

“I would love to stay [Liverpool] until the last day of my football career. At the moment, I cannot see myself playing against Liverpool. That would make me sad.”

Since joining the Reds, he has won the Uefa Champions League and the Premier League title. In addition, the forward has made a strong start to the 2021/22 season.
