Man City in talks with Aston Villa over a £100 million move for Jack Grealish

Manchester City have opened a £100 million talks with Aston Villa over a move for England international Jack Grealish as they look to persuade Villa for the midfielder.

Pep Guardiola is a keen admirer of the 25-year-old and is very much interested in bringing the midfielder to Etihad Stadium.

It is believed Man City are prepared to meet Aston Villa’s £100 million valuation as they look to bolster their squad ahead of the new campaign.

Jack Grealish have been offered a new and improved contract to try to tie him at the club.

The English international has four years on his current deal at the Villa Park, after signing a new contract in September.

Aston Villa are adamant to build their team around the English man, following the additions of Emi Buendia and Ashley Young.

However, a move to the Premier League Champions will solely depend on City, as they need to sell players to accrue funds to sign Grealish.

Not only Grealish the Citizens have also been strongly linked with fellow English international and Tottenham striker Harry Kane following the departure of Sergio Aguero.

However, Tottenham quick rejected City’s offer in a bid to keep their talisman for another season.
