Jurgen Klopp has been awarded the Premier League manager of the season

Liverpool guffer Jurgen Klopp has been named the best Premier League manager of the season, after guiding the club to it first Premier League title in thirty years.

Klopp joined the Reds in 2015 and has gradually built a resilient team at Anfield over the past few years, winning some important trophies such the Champions League with the recent one being the 2020 Premier League title.

Liverpool long wait for the English top-flight title was over after the German tactician guided the team to a glorious title winning season, clinching the League with 99 points.

And on Thursday, Jurgen Klopp was adjudged the best manager in the Premier League, after he missed the best Male coach award in Germany to Bayern Munich’s coach Hans-Dieter Flick.

Liverpool will begin their title defence with an encounter against newly promoted side Leeds United in their first Premier League match at Anfield.
