Lingard has been reportedly turned down a new deal form Man United
Jesse Lingard reject a new contract offer from Manchester United according to reports. It is believed the winger is very much concerned about his playing time at Old Trafford.
The England international feels the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo will further push him downwards in the pecking order at Manchester. Lingard thrived during his loan spell at West Ham United last term.
Currently in the final year of his contract at Man United, and following a successful loan spell with the Hammers, United are keen to keep him at Old Trafford.
The 28-year-old has been heavily linked with a return to West Ham United. Lingard struck twice for the England national team in their World Cup qualifier against Andorra. He has barely seen playing time this campaign.
With just four minutes of Premier League action under his belt so far. He want to make it into Qatar 2022 and is eager for more playing time.
However, with a packed fixtures in the upcoming months, it is believed Solskjear would rotate his squad, Lingard is more likely to feature for the Red Devils
