Scottish giant Celtic lining up a move for Black Stars Captain Andre Ayew
Reports from Scotland suggest Celtic are lining up a move for Ghana’s skipper Andre Dede Ayew after the 31-year-old ended his stint with Swansea.
The West African side talisman is now a free agent after walking out of the Liberty stadium following Swansea’s failure to pain promotion into the English Premier League.
Ayew who ended this campaign as the club’s top scorer for a second successive season has reportedly attracted interest in Scotland with Celtic Keen to offer the Ghanaian a contract at the club.
Celtic are looking forward to appoint Ange Postecoglou as their new head coach and are also keen to bring in more attacking options to battle it out with Ranger for the Scottish Premier League title.
The Scottish giant finished below Ranger who clinched the League title in grand style after winning a whopping 32 games and drawing six times, completing the season without a loss.
And in an attempt to bridge the gap to their fierce rivals Celtic keen to bring in Ghana’s No.10 to reinforce it squad ahead of the upcoming season.
The 31-year-old is currently on international duty with the Black Stars of Ghana as they prepare for their World Cup qualifiers and the upcoming African Cup of Nations.
