Ayew wins four awards after a brilliant season with the club
Andre Dede Ayew‘s brilliant performance for the Swans saw him winning four awards in the clubs awards ceremony of the year.
Ayew enjoyed a superb season with Swansea City netting 18 times in all competition and providing seven more assists as Steve Cooper’s side reached the play-off of the Championship.
The 30-year-old was adjudged Swansea’s Player of the season after he came out on top, following the votes from the fans.
In addition, Ayew’s 18 goals for the club earned him the prize Swansea City’s top scorer of the season.
The Black Stars captain four awards are: Swansea’s Players’ Player of the season, Supporters’ Player of the season, Top Scorer of the season and Away Player of the season award
The Ghanaian enjoyed an inspirational season with some memorable moments which includes his brilliant assists for team-mates Celina and Surridge in the clubs victory at Queens Park Rangers coupled with a late winner for Swansea at Luton and his magnificent strike to dent Brentford in the first leg of the Championship play-off semi final after he had missed a penalty earlier.

Swansea City returns to training today after missing out on a potential promotion to the Premier League following their defeat to Brentford about three weeks ago in the second tie of the Championship semi final play-offs and manager Steve Cooper says very excited to get back and hopes to build on the good things they did last season.
“We can’t wait to get started and get back down to work with the players again.” – Cooper said.
“Obviously it is a shorter break than we are used to, but I think the players come back refreshed and eager to try and build on the good things we did last season.”
