Accra Hearts of Oak sporting Club was founded on November 11, 1911 in the then Gold Coast. Nicknamed the Phobians, the team compete in the Ghana Premier League.

Being the oldest surviving club on the land, Hearts wear the famous colour of yellow, red and blie. The Phobians popular playing grounds is the Accra Sports Stadium (Ohene Djane Sports Stadium).
